Enter your team code to open your team.
Paste a list, one player per line, like Jamie Rivera 12 3B. Number, position and the word "tee" are optional. A CSV file works too.
Order here is the starting batting order. Blank positions get filled in automatically.
Your team code. Anyone with it can view and update this team, so share it only with your coaches.
Runners move up and score on their own. Tap a runner on the field for a stolen base, to move them up, score them, or mark them out.
Lineup locked. Tap the lock up top to make changes.
Tap a name to make them the batter. Hold a name, then drag to change the order. Dots show times up. The tee icon marks tee hitters.
Saves the batting order and the field you see now. Every new game starts from it.
Tap a spot to pick a player, or hold and drag. Plan the whole game fills every inning so nobody sits twice before everyone sits once. Pin a player from their spot to keep them there.
Three outs or five runs ends the half inning and switches sides.
Every coach's phone shows the same clock. You get a heads up at 5 minutes and when time is up.
Add a calendar file (.ics) from GameChanger or your league, a CSV, or paste a list, one game per line, like 10/6 6:00 PM vs Red Sox, Field 1. Use @ for away games.
Changing the first day moves every game in this tournament by the same number of days.
Text parents opens your Messages app with the game details filled in. Pick your parent group and send.
Each game saves to the season automatically when you tap New game. To fix a mistake, tap a result twice to remove it.
Sets the innings you plan on the Field page and the lineup card. Extra innings keep the last inning's field.
Coach pitch usually has no walks. The pitch counter on the Track page follows these rules.
Basic adds Hit, Walk, HBP, K and Out buttons under the batter, and an At-bats page at the end. Full is for kid pitch and up: a Track page at the far left with singles through home runs, out types, runners scoring, plays in the field and a pitch counter.
For kid pitch. Adds an RBI button: tap it once per run the batter drives in. It adds the run and credits the last batter. Use + on the Score page for runs on errors, steals or passed balls.
Tap Avoid on a player to keep them out of certain spots. Plan, Rotate and Shuffle will steer around them. Saving roster changes reloads the app on every coach's phone.
Head coaches sign in to create and manage teams. Assistant coaches only need the coach link.
For the most natural sound on iPhone, download a better voice: Settings, Accessibility, Spoken Content, Voices, English, then pick one marked Premium or Enhanced (Ava, Zoe, Evan or Nathan sound great).
